Yolanda J. Peterson, age 52, died Friday, February 28, 2014 at Meriter Hospital in Madison. She was born on Aug 4, 1961 in Darlington, the daughter of Cecil and Doris (Dilley) Perrin. She was united in marriage to Doug Peterson on April 12 1986. Yolanda was employed at Spring Valley Inn and spent many years at Heartland Country Village in Black Earth. She is survived by her husband, Doug; three children, Patricia, Jacob (Kandi) and Alicia, all who live in Arena; a sister, Bonney (Terry Reynolds); two brothers, Cecil and Edward (Melissa) Perrin; her mother-in-law, Patricia Peterson; brother-in-law, Greg (Rebecca) Peterson; two sisters-in-law, Gloria and Susie Peterson; a special uncle, Oris (Janet) Dilley; a special cousin Lori (Mark, Danielle, Dana, Derek) Willey; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Bonita and Laurice Perrin; her father-in-law, Tommy; and a special aunt, Ronna Dilley.

Funeral services will be held at HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, 702 Emily Rd., Mazomanie, at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2014. Burial will be in the Arena Cemetery, with a luncheon to follow at the Arena V.F.W. A visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5th, 2014 at Hooverson Funeral Home, Mazomanie. Yolanda will be missed by all who knew her. She was a very kind person and left an everlasting impression on everyone.
