Police: Man who exposed himself while peeping turns himself in

MADISON, Wis. -

A man Madison police were looking for in connection to a peeping incident turned himself in to police on Friday.

Joseph A Kempen, 28, of Madison, was arrested on suspicion of lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct.

A woman, in her 30s, who lives in the 200 block of Mifflin Street, reported the incident Tuesday morning.

A man was spotted exposing himself while he was peeping in the window of her apartment.

An image of the man was released Friday morning. Kempen later arrived at a police station.
