MADISON, Wis. -

A Madison man was arrested after a road rage incident where a gun was pointed at a father and his son, according to a release from police.

The 28-year-old father and 10-year-old son told police the suspect driver cut them off while driving on the city’s west side on Feb 28. The father said he reacted by raising both armed and showing dismay. He said he followed the other driver who would hit his brakes, nearly causing a collision.

The suspect driver then pulled out a handgun and pointed at the father and son while they drove down Raymond Road, police said.

Kurtis J. Sutor, 43, of Madison, was arrested this week on suspicion of two counts of reckless endangerment. He denied pulling out a weapon.
