William D. "Bill" Hinrichs

MADISON-William D. “Bill” Hinrichs, age 58, of Madison passed away suddenly on Friday, May 24, 2013, at his home.

He was born on June 15, 1954, in Madison, the son of Donald and Laranese (Santos) Hinrichs. Bill was an Eagle Scout and later served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from Madison Metro after 33 years. He was an avid fan and stockholder of the Green Bay Packers, and thoroughly enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

Bill is survived by his daughter, Michelle Hinrichs; grandson, Andrew Palmer, both of Verona; step-daughter Nika (Donnelly) Hill; mother, Larenese Hinrichs of Cross Plains; three sisters, Lolita Martens, Trish Becker and Annette Crews; two brothers, Daniel (Leslie) Hinrichs and Michael (Monica) Hinrichs; nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at GUNDERSON FITCHBURG FUNERAL HOME, 2950 Chapel Valley Dr., Fitchburg, at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2013. There will be food and fellowship at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Sunday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Huntington Disease Society of America.
