Marcia Radmer, 82, of Oak Park Place, Madison, died there on the evening of Monday, Oct. 28.

She is survived by Roland Radmer, her husband of 60 years, also of Oak Park Place; Steve of Mauston, partner Lynn Barrea, and grandchildren, Jenna, Sean and Cassidy; Jeff of Brookfield and grandchildren, Samantha and Jacob; Sue of New York City, son-in-law, Richard Manson and granddaughter, Emma; and Catherine of Wayland Mass.; son-in-law, David Lifland and grandchildren, Seth and Anna.

Marcia was born in Milwaukee to Adolph and Martha Widowit. She graduated from Washington High School and received a degree in music education from Milwaukee State Teachers College. She and Roland married in 1953, and shortly thereafter moved to Mauston, where they raised their children. Marcia served as Bethany Lutheran Church’s choir director for many years, and was a substitute teacher in Mauston public schools. Marcia and Roland moved to Cottage Grove WI in 1983.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
