Karen J. Rosheisen

Karen J. Rosheisen, age 63 of Janesville, died at her home on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014. She was born in Waterloo, Iowa, on Aug. 24, 1950, the daughter of Jay and Lois (Schroeder) Turner. 

She had lived in Janesville most of her life and worked for Hufcor. She later married Kenneth Rosheisen on July 31, 2004. She enjoyed traveling, gambling, helping others, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Karen is survived by her husband, Ken; 2 children, Sheri (James) Patterson of Indiana, Brian (Marnie) Kvapil of Milton; her 4 grandchildren: Brandon, Zachary and McKenzie Patterson, Kaylie Kvapil; 3 sisters: Jan (Gill) Hanson of Janesville, Vicki Churchwell of Janesville, Kris McCann of Janesville; her mother, Lois Turner of Janesville; wonderful friend, Dawn Condon; many other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Jay.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday Feb. 25, 2014 at the FIRST LUTHERAN CHURCH with Rev James Melvin officiating. Burial will be held at Milton Lawns Memorial Park. 

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday, Feb. 24, 2014 at the SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY.
