Kathleen R. “Kate” Cole, 87, of Fitchburg, WI, formerly of Hazel Green, WI passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Hyland Park Assisted Living in Fitchburg, WI.

Services will be at 11am on Saturday, May 31st at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Hazel Green, WI with Father Lance Schneider officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday from 9am until time of services at the church.
