A woman was asked to cover up her body while working out in her local gym, but not for a very common reason.

Tiffany Austin said she recently joined the Planet Fitness gym in Richmond, Calif., but only made it about 15 minutes into her first workout when she was approached by a staff member, reports KTVU.

According to Austin, that staff member asked her to put a shirt on and said, "We've had some complaints you're intimidating people with your toned body."

Austin said that she had noticed people staring at her, but didn't understand why. She was wearing a tank top that showed her stomach and work-out pants and says she didn't see anything wrong with the outfit. She was told her tank top violated the dress code policy at the gym.

She was then approached by another staff member about the same issue and at that point, she asked for a manager, got her money back and left the gym.
