Uncle, nephew were running drug house, deputies say

BELOIT, Wis. -

A search warrant executed by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team led to the arrest of a nephew and an uncle Wednesday afternoon, according to a release.

Officials searched a property on highway H in Beloit including all buildings, vehicles and a nearby cornfield.

During the search police found 25 marijuana plants in the cornfield, 18 marijuana plants inside the home, 82 pounds of marijuana in the processing stage and a loaded handgun.

Deputies said David A, Frederick, 56, lived at the residence with his 32-year-old nephew Dustin J. Frederick.

Dustin Frederick was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug house, possession of a firearm by a felon and two counts of manufacturing THC. He is scheduled to be in court Friday.

David Frederick was arrested on charges of maintaining a drug house and for an arrest warrant. He is also scheduled to be in court Friday.
