WAITING FOR RESOLUTION

04/07/13

With Tuesday’s Wisconsin Supreme Court election behind us, we remind you, and Justice Pat Roggensack, of a statement she made in our televised We The People debate.

"That matter, between Justice Bradley and Justice Prosser will have resolution. When I am finished with this race and we get through April the second, I will ask that this matter be placed on the Court's calendar for a conference among the seven of us. Because there is repair work that needs to be done. That action gave a grievous injury to the Court as an institution and we as an institution must address it. We have the ability to do that. I tried to get that started this summer, I ran out of time because of the election and the work of the Court coming up so I ended up with two full time jobs. We will get back to it and there will be accountability on that matter."

Justice Roggensack, you’re on the clock. We eagerly await resolution.
