MILTON, Wis. -

Milton police are looking for the man responsible for two flashing incidents reported early Friday morning.

Police said a woman was approached in the 400 block of Columbus Street at about 5 a.m. by a man who pulled down his shorts and started masturbating while asking her a sexually suggestive question. The woman entered a nearby building and contacted police.

At 5:15 a.m., the man was spotted outside a business in the 100 block of Front Street by a woman who was inside the business. Police said the man had his T-shirt pulled up over most of his face, no pants and was masturbating while staring into the window of the business. The woman told the business owner and the man fled.

Police said the man fled to a dark gray-and-gold-colored 90’s era pickup truck with no cap over the rear bed. It was last seen traveling west on Ansley Avenue.

The woman in the first incident described the man was white, in his early 20s, with an average build and height. He was wearing no shorts and no shirt.

The woman in the second incident described the man as white, in his early 20s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, with an average build. He was wearing a dark-colored T-shirt and no shorts or pants.

Milton police are asking for help identifying the man. Anyone with information can contact the Milton Police Department at 608-757-2244 or Janesville Area Crimestoppers at 608-756-3636.
