MADISON, Wis. -

A Madison man chased two burglars from his garage, and they were later found in a backyard shed Friday afternoon, according to Madison police.

The 49-year-old Herro Lane homeowner told police one of the burglars was going through his SUV when he found them.

Police said Chanell M. Cousins and Angela M.E. Gagliano, both 17, were found in a backyard shed in the 300 block of Crestview Drive and ordered out. One was handcuffed, while the other jumped a fence and fled. She was captured in the 5600 block of Adler Lane.

The burglars had taken a key-chain flashlight.
