Man caught with cocaine cookies at airport

Customs agents at New Jersey's Newark Liberty International Airport seized a batch of cookies after finding 118 pellets of cocaine inside them.

Officers made the discovery while examining luggage from passengers arriving on a flight from Guatemala City.

Guatemalan citizen Mauricio Isidro Rivera Hernandez was arrested after agents found the cookies in his three checked bags, the Asbury Park Press reported.

He now faces state charges of narcotics smuggling.
