An artist from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children updated the "Jane Doe" photo.

The Journal Times reported the photo includes new details about the woman whose body was found in July 1999.

According to the updated description, she had brown eyes and reddish-brown, collar-length curly hair with highlights.

Other details remain the same. She was a white female between ages 18 and 30 who weighed about 120 pounds and was around 5 feet, 8 inches tall. Her teeth were in poor condition, and both her ears were pierced twice.

Anyone with information is asked to call Racine County investigators.
