A bar owner in Washington is inviting stoners to toke up there now that pot is legal in the state.

Frank Schnarr, owner of Frankie's Sports Bar & Grill in Olympia, told Reuters he hasn't smoked marijuana for years.

But the 62-year-old is about to lose his business and is looking for new ways to get more customers.

"Sixty percent of my customers already smoke (marijuana) in the parking lot before they come in here," Schnarr told The Olympian. "Nothing will change. Now it will be indoors."

To target his new market, Schnarr has introduced a $4.20 appetizer menu and is considering opening a medical marijuana dispensary nearby.

The big question is, is this legal?

According to Reuters, officials aren't sure, although the city attorney is looking into it.
