7 arrested in undercover heroin investigation

SAUK CITY, Wis. -

Seven people were arrested in Sauk City last week after an undercover investigation over several months, according to the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office.

Search and arrests warrants were served at a home in the 400 block of Monroe Street on Thursday.

Matthew D. Olday, 27, was arrested on suspicion of six counts of party to a crime of delivery of heroin. Ryan L. Cavins, 21, was arrested on suspicion of delivery of heroin and five counts of party to a crime of delivery of heroin. Jillian K. Odonnell, 26, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of delivery of heroin and five counts of party to a crime of delivery of heroin. Jerry L. Cavins, 54, was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a drug traffic house. Trent M. Hish, 47, was arrested on suspicion of felony bail jumping, third-offense possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Colin Marquardt, 23, was arrested on a probation hold. Ryan Lapp, 19, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
