Police find missing 55-year-old

The Madison Police Department said a missing 55-year-old has been found safe and reunited with his family.

Richard Wilhelm has developmental disabilities, and was last seen around 10 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of East Washington Avenue.

He is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 180 pounds and is bald, officials said. He was last seen wearing a blue winter coat and blue jeans.

Officials were concerned for his welfare and asked anyone who sees him to call 911.
