RACINE, Wis. -

A Michigan man with a record of Wisconsin drug convictions faces new charges in Racine County, where prosecutors say he was stopped with high-quality drugs in his vehicle.

A Journal Times of Racine report says 43-year-old Anthony D. Morris of Ishpeming, Mich., was charged Friday with two drug-possession felonies.

Racine County prosecutor Randy Schneider calls Morris a "high-volume drug dealer" with a long record.

Police stopped him Thursday for speeding. The criminal complaint says officers found pills and about 300 grams of "high-quality marijuana" in his vehicle.

A message left Saturday for his public defender, Carolyn Delery, was not immediately returned.

Court Commissioner Alice Rudebusch set his bond at $20,000 cash.

Morris' previous offenses include convictions for third-degree sexual assault and misdemeanor sex with a child older than 16.
