MCFARLAND, Wis. -

McFarland police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 9:27 Sunday morning, according to a release.

The crash happened at the intersection of Siggelkow Road and Erling Avenue in the Village of McFarland, according to the release.

Officials say a blue Ford F-150, with four occupants, had rolled over and a black Nissan Rogue, with two occupants, was in the ditch next to the railroad tracks.

All six occupants were injured with two in serious condition, according to the release.

Officials say four of the occupants were transported via ambulance to local hospitals and the two in serious condition were transported by MedFlight to UW Hospital.

Both vehicles sustained significant damage, according to the release.

Officials say the driver of the Nissan Rogue had a medical problem and may have been unconscious prior to the traffic crash.

The Nissan Rogue was observed traveling westbound on Siggelkow Road at a very fast speed before it hit the back end of the Ford F-150, according to the release.

The Ford F-150 rolled over and the Nissan Rogue drove into the right side ditch, according to the release.

Officials say the force of the impact tore the rear axle off of the Ford F-150.

The crash is still under investigation.
