A man recently called 911 and asked police to remove a woman from his bed because she was "snoring like a train."

The Smoking Gun reports that Benjamin Duddles, 41, called Waukesha police in the early morning hours to say that he wanted "a female removed from his bed," adding that he was "not sure how she got into his apartment." After police arrived, he admitted that that he had let the woman into his home voluntarily, the two drank together, had relations and then fell asleep. Duddles, who police reported to be in an "extremely intoxicated state" when he called for help, then wanted her out of his bed because of her snoring.

The woman reportedly suffers from sleep apnea.

Police advised Duddles that his situation was not a police matter since he had willingly let the woman into his home.
