MADISON, Wis. -

Police said a man was arrested at a Madison mall after he was asked to pull his pants up, refused and fought security Friday night.

The Madison Police Department said Steven L. Price of Madison was asked by East Towne Mall security staff to walk with his pants pulled up, covering his underwear. Price's pants were worn low enough to expose his underwear to other shoppers, which is against the mall's policy, according to the report.

Price was removed from the mall but returned at about 9 p.m., police said.

Mall security staff detained Price, but he became agitated and Madison police were called to assist, the report said.

Price resisted officers and caused a disturbance, police said. He was charged with resisting and disorderly conduct.
