Lana Leola Schultz, infant daughter of Danielle Pann and Bryan Schultz of East Troy, born May 2, 2013, got her angel wings on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, after waiting for over four months for a new heart at Children's Hospital in Milwaukee.

In addition to her parents, Lana is survived by her grandparents: Dan and Beth Pann of Orfordville and Mike and Karen Zweifel of Janesville; great-grandparents: Betty Jane Buckholtz of Orfordville, Vernon  and Leola Schultz of Milton, and Pauline Zweifel of Brodhead; aunts and uncles: Aaron (Rachel Etter) Pann, Jacklyn and James Evans, Jennifer and Dale Kobs, and Monica (Michael Hicks) Zweifel; special friends and "grandparents": Mike and Judy McGuire. She was predeceased by her grandfather: Duane Schultz; great grandparents: Kenneth Buckholtz, Grace and Raymond Pann, Gerald and Virginia Warren, and Alfred Zweifel; and special "uncle": Arlando Cardenas.

Private services will be held at Whitcomb-Lynch Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers or gifts the family asks that memorial tributes be donated to the Ronald McDonald Charities of Eastern WI, 8948 Watertown Plank Road, Milwaukee, WI 53226, as they were a home to Dani and Bryan, while Lana remained in critical condition for over four months.

A special thank you to the staff at Children’s Hospital for treating Lana and her family with such extraordinary care, support and love.
