Jason Michael Oksanen

Jason Oksanen, age 34 of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin died Friday, June 21, 2013 at his residence.

Memorial funeral services are tentatively planned for Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. at the Picha Funeral Home in Wisconsin Dells. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1 to 3 P.M.

Jason was born July 29, 1978 in Oak Lawn, Illinois the son of Michael (Debbie) Oksanen of Frankfurt, Illinois and Peggy (Mark) Anderson of Wisconsin Dells. He grew up in Oak Lawn and later moved to the Wisconsin Dells area in 1987. Jason worked alongside his mother at Capone’s Old Time Pictures in Wisconsin Dells. He was a free spirited person who enjoyed fishing, hunting, photography, cooking and working on computers. He was always looking for that next adventure.

Jason is survived by his parents; a daughter, Samantha; brothers, Nicholas (Elizabeth) Oksanen of Antioch, Illinois, Eric Forler of Verona, Wisconsin and Kevin Oksanen of St. Louis, Missouri; and a sister, Kara Oksanen of Frankfurt, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family to be given to a charity.
