James White enjoying his final Badger season

Published On: Nov 13 2013 08:19:58 PM CST

Running back James White is having a ball his senior season for No. 17 Wisconsin.

Getting into the end zone often can make life fun. White has six rushing touchdowns and two receiving scores in the Badgers' last three games.

That padded his total as the active career rushing touchdown leader in the FBS with 43. He also is the active career leader in total touchdowns with 46.

White has had steady production since his freshman season, but has been overlooked at times by previous backfield mates like John Clay and Montee Ball.

This year, Melvin Gordon has garnered headlines.

But White has had the scoring touch lately. He's also well-liked by coaches and teammates for his upbeat and hard-working personality.

The Badgers (7-2) host Indiana on Saturday.
