Grayden Leopold Nelson passed away peacefully in his parents' arms minutes after his birth on Sunday, Aug. 25, 2013.

He is survived by his loving parents, Marcus and Lindsay (Hon) Nelson; maternal grandparents, Cynthia and Mark Fiore of Madison and Lavern Hon of Fayette, Iowa and Paul J. Schultz of Rockford Iowa; paternal grandparents, Rob and Susan Nelson of Pardeeville; Jamie (Jena) Hon, Anika and Logan of Plover, Sarah (Shaun) Atkinson and Leah of Mount Horeb, and Ben (Becky) Nelson, Claire, Hallie and Lucas of DeForest; maternal great grandparents, Bill and Carol Porter of Poynette; and many loving extended family and friends.
