Madison – George T. Dolezal, age 64 passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013. He was born on September 23, 1948 in Valparaiso, Indiana, the son of the late George and Dorothy Dolezal. He was happiest farming, gardening and being outdoors and was known by the neighbors as "Dr. Dirt."

He is survived by his daughter Emily Janet Dolezal of Madison; and four sisters, Dorita F. Dolezal of Rhinelander, Rosemary A. Dolezal of Madison, Theresa L. (Ed) Taylor of Rhinelander and Mildred R. (Don) Barber of Boulder Junction; many nieces and nephews.

He was married to his former wife Karle Lester on October 30, 1993.

A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at ST. PETER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5001 N. Sherman Ave., Madison with Msgr. Charles Schluter officiating.
