Eric Jensen

TOWN OF MIDDLETON- Eric “Pete” Jensen, age 88, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Four Winds Manor in Verona.

He was born on September 4, 1925 in Mount Morris, Michigan, the son of Paul and Alice (White) Jensen. Pete was united in marriage to Arleen Partridge on April 22, 1950 in Flushing, Michigan. Pete served in the US Navy in the East Pacific and Caribbean in World War II in search and recovery. He received a Forestry degree from Michigan State University and worked in State Forestry (DNR) until his retirement in 1985. Pete and Arleen founded and ran Jensen Christmas Tree Farm for 50 years.

Pete is survived by his wife Arleen; daughter, Nancy (Mark) Harris of Cedarburg; his sons, David of Everett, Washington and Lance (Gayla) of Middleton and grandchildren, Maren and Katy Harris, Abbi and Jacob Jensen and Kyle Nichols-Robel.

Memorial services will be held at WEST MIDDLETON LUTHERAN CHURCH, 3763 Pioneer Road, Verona at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 18, 2014 with the Reverend Ted Lindquist presiding. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church.
