Fake Will and Kate at hospital

Lookalikes of Prince William and a pregnant Kate Middleton faked out the London media on Friday.

With hordes of cameras and reporters staked out in front of St. Mary's Hospital, where Kate is expected to deliver the royal baby any day now, the Will and Kate impersonators sparked a literal media frenzy when they approached.

"William" was dressed in khakis and a button-up shirt, while "Kate" wore a beige trench coat concealing her baby bump.

Entering the hospital's Lindo Wing, they re-emerged with T-shirts bearing the logo of London tabloid The Sun.

Turns out, the newspaper had sent the lookalikes there on purpose in an advertising stunt.
