An online petition to deport Justin Bieber in light of his recent legal troubles has reached 100,000 signatures and will be reviewed by the White House. Here's a look at celebrities who have been kicked out of the U.S. and other countries around the world:
Paul McCartney -- It may be hard to believe, but the former Beatles frontman has been deported twice. Japan gave him the boot in 1980 after he tried to bring a half a pound of weed with him on a tour of the island nation. And in 1960, German authorities threw out the then-fledgling rock star because he was caught burning a condom.
Allen Ginsberg -- In the 1960s, the American poet was deported from Cuba for complaining about the Cuban government's anti-marijuana stance. Cuba deported him to Czechoslovakia where, only a week later, he was deported again over his expression of "radical ideas."
Rod Stewart -- The raspy-voiced British singer was deported from Spain during his early career in 1963 after he was found sleeping under a bridge in Barcelona. He was arrested by police and subsequently deported for vagrancy.
George Harrison -- In 1960, the late musician was playing withThe Beatlesin Hamburg, Germany, and was deported fromthe countryfor being underage. He was 17 at the time.
Yusuf Islam (formerly known as Cat Stevens) -- The British musician was deported from the United States in 2004 after his name appeared on a no-fly list. Turns out, Israel had deported him in 2000 for supposedly giving money to the Palestinian group, Hamas.
Anna Chapman -- This sexy Russian spy gained celebrity-like status after she was "outed." She and 10 other spies were deported from the U.S. back to Russia in 2010.
Charlize Theron -- The South African-born actress claims she was deported from the U.S. in 1994 for being involved in a documentary criticizing America's relationship with Cuba. She was eventually let back in, though, and is now an American citizen.
Paris Hilton -- The heiress and socialite everyone loves to hate was kicked out Japan in 2010 over her prior drug arrests in the United States.
Russell Brand -- The British actor and comedian was deported from Japan in 2011 over his criminal record in Britain.
Gary Glitter -- The 1970s British rocker was deported from Cambodia following his arrest in the UK on child pornography charges in 1999.
