For kids, burning calories doesn’t always have to seem like a rigorous workout. In fact, there are fun ways for kids to burn calories. Check out these 10 kid friendly exercises.
Play at the park: Swinging, running around and climbing on the jungle gym are all ways kids can burn calories while still having fun.
Ride a bike: Going on a bike ride around the neighborhood can help kids burn calories while still having fun.
