Officers were called to the Wells Fargo Bank at 4302 East Towne Blvd. at 12:35 p.m. after a report of a robbery.

Witnesses didn’t see a gun, but a teller thought the robber might have had a weapon inside a bag.

The man fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The robber is described as white, in his 30s, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall with a thin build and scruffy beard. He was wearing a blue stocking cap, red sweatshirt and sunglasses.
