MADISON, Wis. -

Saturday, Brigham Young comes to Madison to face the Badgers at Camp Randall.

It's uncommon for UW to have a non-conference game in November, but Coach Gary Andersen said making a football schedule can be quite a challenge.

Andersen said the BYU game fit what the Badgers needed.

"It's so difficult to schedule at every school but I think coach Alvarez has faced these issues for years and years as far as where you'd like them to be and where they fall," said Andersen.

"You've gotta take games where you can get games and I don't think there's a bunch of people in the country that they get the phone call about playing Wisconsin that they jump out of their skin and say that we can't wait to go do that and come to Camp Randall."

"We know we're playing a very good opponent and it gives us an opportunity to potentially get us to seven wins on the season which would be a huge step."

Saturday's game at Camp Randall begins at 2:30 p.m.
