Badger men's hockey has received a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament. Wisconsin will play former WCHA rival North Dakota Friday night in Cincinnati. Minnesota, Boston College, and Union are No. 1 seeds in the West, Northeast, and East regions, respectively.

Wisconsin (24-10-2) play North Dakota (23-13-3) Friday night at 7 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPNU.  The winner of that game will play the winner of the Ferris State vs. Colgate match up.

Saturday night in St. Paul, Minn., Wisconsin won the inaugural Big Ten Tournament Championship. The Badgers fought back from a two goal deficit to beat Ohio State 5-4 in overtime.
