Published On: Dec 09 2013 06:03:57 PM CST

MADISON -

The Wisconsin Badger men's basketball team is ranked fourth in the nation in the Associated Press rankings released Monday.

The Badgers are off to a 10-0 start-- the second best start in Wisconsin basketball history.

Arizona is the new number one in men's college basketball. Syracuse is second, Ohio State third, Wisconsin fourth and Michigan State fell from first to fifth. That gives the Big Ten three teams ranked in the top five.

The Badgers had been ranked fourth last week.

Wisconsin has two home games this week - Wednesday against Milwaukee and Saturday against Eastern Kentucky.
