Arnold DeRosier, Jr. age 71 of Lake Delton, Wisconsin, formerly of Racine, Wisconsin passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center in Madison, Wisconsin after a courageous battle following surgery.

Memorial funeral services will be held Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 3:30 P.M. at the Deer Run Estates Clubhouse in Lake Delton with Reverend Dennis Schueler officiating. Visitation will be held at Deer Run Estates Clubhouse on Sunday from 2 to 4 P.M.

Arnie was born March 1, 1943 in Racine, Wisconsin the son of Arnold and Marilyn (Maison) DeRosier. He spent most of his life in Racine and had attended Franklin Elementary, Franklin Junior High and Park High School. He served in the U.S. Army, worked at several jobs and eventually retired from J.I. Case Company. Following retirement Arnie moved to Friendship, Wisconsin and later to the Wisconsin Dells area. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, dancing, singing karaoke, league bowling, shooting pool, cooking on the grill and spending time with his family and friends.

Arnie is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Sue (Grau) DeRosier; daughters, Janet (Gary) Kinsley, Karen (John) Harris, Sharon (Curt) Spang, Barb (Edward) Lockhart, Nicole (Robert) Brook and a son, Arnold (Lynda Wilson) DeRosier III; stepchildren, Tracy Gorelik, Jamie (Craig Lamar) Markovic, David and Jeff Grau. Arnie also leaves behind 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren: a sister, Margaret (Richard) Reese; brother, Thomas (Sande) Schneider; special aunt, JoAnne Hermes and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Arnie was preceded in death by his parents and stepfather, Henry Schneider.
