Wisconsin men's hockey unbeaten streak reaches 11

The Badger Men's hockey team has not lost since Nov. 24, and Friday the team put its 10-game unbeaten streak on the line against eighth-ranked Miami Ohio.

It was a tight game and both goalies played well. Wisconsin goalie Josh Rumpel made 26 saves.

The Badgers finally broke through in the third. John Ramage to Joseph LaBate: LaBate scored the only goal of the game for Wisconsin (9-7-5) at 11:32.

Wisconsin wins 1-0.

Game two of the series is Saturday night at the Kohl Center. The puck drops at 7 p.m.
