Sandra Kaye Hoernke

MT.HOREB – Sandra K. Hoernke (Alderson) of Gordon, WI, age 50, passed away at the Hospicecare Center Essential Health, Duluth, MN on January 25, 2013. Sandie was a 1980 graduate of Madison Memorial High School and a member of Gordon Presbyterian Pioneer Parish, Gordon, WI. She was proud of her tasks and duties performed for the State of Wisconsin. Sandie enjoyed camping, fishing, snowmobiling, her dogs, spending time with her family any time she could and skiing with her daughter. Sandie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sandie is survived by her husband, Craig; children, Justin Wollin and Jamie; parents, Don and Patty Alderson; cousins, Jessica Noethe, Jodi Vogel, Jake Stormer, Kaye Stormer, Victor, LeRoy and Joey Hubbard; loyal pets, Bucky and Freckles. Further survived by many family and friends. She is preceded in death by brother, Alan Alderson; grandmothers, Edith Alderson and Evelyn Gust; grandfathers, Leroy Alderson and Raymond Gust; Aunt JoAnn and Uncle Herbie Hubbard.

A Service will be held at JOYCE-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 5701 Odana Rd, Madison, at noon on Thursday, January 31, 2013, with Rev. Cynthia Bacon Hammer presiding. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10AM until the time of the service on Thursday. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
