Madison-Rose M. (Cardarella) Lacy, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Serenity Homes in Stoughton. She was born May 22, 1938 in Madison, the daughter of Anthony and Anna (Covernale) Cardarella.

Rose is survived by her daughter Patti (Bill) MacGregor; son Jim Lacy; daughter Mary (Derek) Thompson and her children Krystal and Travis; son John Lacy; daughter Joanne McLaughlin and her children Connor and Gavin; daughter Angela (Ron) Castillo and her children Dylan and Delaney; brother Carl (Betty) Cardarella of Sun Prairie; brother Paul Cardarella of Madison; sister Angie Cardarella of Madison; sister Ann (Betty) Winter of Verona; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Anthony and Anna Cardarella; brothers: Joseph, George, Peter, Albert, Vito and Tony; sister: Frances and Mary Jane.

A visitation will be held from 4pm to 8pm on Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at JOYCE-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 5701 Odana Road, Madison. A private burial will take place at a later date.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Serenity Home in Stoughton and Agrace HospiceCare for their wonderful care.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Agrace HospiceCare or the American Heart Association.
