MADISON, Wis. -

Police said a Madison man rammed into a woman’s car twice just after midnight Thursday morning after the woman ended their relationship.

Roland Scott, 35, was arrested on suspicion of several offenses including second-degree recklessly endangering safety and two counts of disorderly conduct.

The 35-year-old victim said she and Scott were arguing and she told him she wanted to break up. Police also said she told them that Scott ripped her shirt but she was able to get in her SUV and drive off. Scott allegedly followed her in his car and damaged her wheel and bumper by ramming her vehicle twice in a dead-end on Algoma Street.

Scott denied the incident happened and said he did not know the victim, according to the report. Paint from the victim’s SUV was seen on Scott’s vehicle, police said.
