Norma V. Ferguson Klingaman, 91, of Richland Center was called to her eternal resting place Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Schmitt Woodland Hills. She was born March 6, 1921 in Woodstock, Wisconsin the daughter of Dewey E. and Doris (Clark) Brown.

Norma graduated from Richland Center High School in 1939. She was united in marriage to Charles M. Ferguson, March 21, 1940. After his death in April 1991, she married Rupert E. Klingaman on March 31, 1995. Norma worked a number of years for O’Bryans as a supervisor, also worked at Brown’s Smart Fashion for 12 years. She was an active member of The Church of the Nazarene. Norma loved life, she loved to sew and made lots of quilts and pillows. She loved flowers and landscaping her home.

Norma is survived by two children: Cheryl Frye of Richland Center, Roger (Tracey) Ferguson of Five Points, brother: Willis (Jeri) Brown of Mazomanie, sister-in-law: Charlotte Ferguson of Spring Green, seven grandchildren: Jeffrey (Debbie) Ferguson of West Salem, Jennifer (Kevin) Cardin of Barneveld, Chad Ferguson of Middleton, Lucas Ferguson of Richland Center, Travis Ferguson, Kenneth (Angela) Frye of Viroqua, and Seth Fry of Muscoda, six great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Norma was preceded in death by her son Lanny Ferguson, deceased in 1968, parents, a sister Lucille Huffman, 1979 and a brother Elmer in 1988.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Pratt Memorial Chapel with Pastor Chuck Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodstock Cemetery. Friends may call at the Pratt Memorial Chapel on Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM.

The family suggests memorials in Norma’s name be directed to The Church of the Nazarene. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service of Richland Center is assisting the family with their arrangements. Online condolences can be made at
