Madison: Mindi R. Richardson, age 38, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 6, 2012. She was born on November 25, 1973 to Dale and Rhonda Hansen and grew up in Wausau before moving to Madison. After graduating from College she began working for Meriter Laboratories in the Microbiology department, where she worked for 13 years. She loved to travel and spend time with her family; she also loved to hike and was an avid reader.

She is survived by her husband, Shane; and son, Kaiden Richardson; her parents, Dale and Rhonda Hansen; sister, Jeni Alsaker; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.

Mindi was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Avenue with Pastor Deborah Sammons officiating.

Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 p.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mindi’s family.
