Milton teen accused of sexual assaults

MILTON, Wis. -

Police said a Milton teen was arrested Saturday on suspicion of sexual assault of a child.

Court records indicated Scott Wagner, 17, is charged with two counts of second-degree assault of a child.

Milton Police Department said Wagner assaulted two 14-year-old girls.

According to the report, the victims told police that the assaults were not consensual.

Police said the arrest was the result of two ongoing investigations.

Wagner was taken to Rock County Jail.
