Middleton wins, Sun Prairie loses in Girls' Hockey Playoffs

Middleton and Sun Prairie's girls' hockey teams went in opposite directions Tuesday night in their quest to get to the state tournament.

Middleton's co-op team beat Stoughton 2-1 Tuesday at the Madison Ice Arena to move on to the sectional finals this weekend.

Middleton will plan Onalaska, who beat the Sun Prairie co-op team 7-5 in Onalaska Tuesday night.

Sun Prairie came back from a 4-0 deficit to take a 5-4 lead late in the game. But Onalaska scores the last three goals to make it to the sectional final.
