Men's Health magazine has compiled a list of the 100 fittest men of all time. See if you agree with the magazine's picks for the top 20.

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, male breast reductions rose 5 percent in 2012. Gynecomastia is the enlargement of the male breast tissue. According to the ASPS, this usually occurs in boys during puberty and can continue into adulthood.

To correct gynecomastia, males can undergo surgery.
