Joan Oleson, 80 of Richland Center died Friday, January 18, 2013 at Pine Valley Healthcare. She was born July 17, 1932 the daughter of Oscar and Edith (Poynter) Oleson. Joan was reunited with them after enjoying 12 years of dutiful care from Pine Valley Healthcare. She was a long time resident of Hub City. Joan helped many of us find our tools to build our dreams by working at the Coast-to Coast and Ace hardware stores in Richland Center. She enjoyed reading and putting puzzles together.

A Celebration of Joan’s life will be held on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Pratt Memorial Chapel with a burial to follow at a later date. Friends may call at the Pratt Memorial Chapel on Friday, January 25, 2013 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM. The family suggests memorials in Joan’s name be directed to Pine Valley Healthcare. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service of Richland Center is assisting the family with their arrangements.
