Madison-Edwin L. Austin, age 84, passed away on Friday, December 7, 2012 at Belmont Nursing Home in Madison. He was born on February 27, 1928, the son of Carl and Agnes (Johnson) Austin.

Edwin is survived by his children, Cheryl Jenkins, David (Maria) Austin, and Brian (Michelle) Austin; his grandchildren, Michael, Brett, Jacob, Avery, and Ayden, Samantha, Erin; and his sister Eileen Schultz.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth, his daughter Beth, his Parents Carl and Agnes, and numerous sisters and brothers.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N Sherman Ave, Madison, with Rev. Cynthia Bacon Hammer officiating. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10am until the time of service. Burial will be held at a later date at Roselawn Memorial Park.
