Betty Lou Fosshage

Sauk City-Betty Lou Fosshage, age 79, passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2012. She was born July 19, 1933 in Mt. Vernon, Wisconsin, the daughter of Charles and Anna (Hanson) Rue.

Betty is survived by her husband Lyle Fosshage of Sauk City, WI; her children, Sandy and Dr. Tom Eggleton of Alpine, CA, David and Leis Fosshage of Sauk City, WI, Gary Fosshage of Sauk City, WI, Sharon and Don Blom, Jr. of Sun Prairie, WI, and Kevin and Susie Fosshage of Howell, MI; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Anna Rue; sisters Helen Rogne and Elaine Ahlvin; brothers Phil Rue and Robert Rue; and great-grandchild Alexis Ripp.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at MESSIAH LUTHERAN CHURCH, 5205 Cottage Grove Rd, Madison, with Rev. Jeff Vanden Heuvel officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens. A visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 9am until the time of service.
