Badger women win in overtime

MADISON, Wis. -

Morgan Paige helped pull a shorthanded Badger women’s basketball team to an overtime victory Monday.

The Badgers defeated Florida Atlantic 82-73 at the Kohl Center.

Cassie Rochel, Dakota Whyte and Taylor Wurtz were all out with injuries, but Paige put in 26 points to keep pace with Florida Atlantic.

The Badger women (6-3) play against Eastern Illinois at the UW Field House Saturday at 2 p.m.
