Another round of winter weather in Minn.
Another major snowstorm could drop up to a foot of snow in northeastern Minnesota by Friday.
Forecasters say Duluth could set a new April record for snowfall. The record for the month is 31.6 inches set in 1950. Nearly 24 inches has already fallen this month.
Snow is in the forecast for northern Minnesota, heavy snow in the Twin Ports and freezing rain mixing with snow in northern Wisconsin.
National Weather Service meteorologist Carol Christenson told the Duluth News Tribune) the snow won't fall as fast as the last two storms, but will be persistent. Wind gusts of 30 mph could cause problems for drivers Thursday.
