BEAVER DAM/CHICAGO IL—Allexis A. Stevens age 23, died unexpectedly as a result of domestic violence on Monday, December 3, 2012 in Chicago. She was born on October 5, 1989 in Beaver Dam to Mark and Kathryn (Keyser) Stevens. Allexis attended school in LaCrosse. She was employed for Avon cosmetics in Chicago.

Survivors include her mother, Kathryn (Dave) Voigt of Beaver Dam and her father, Mark (Jennifer) Stevens of Fond du Lac; one brother, Raymond Keyser of Beaver Dam; paternal grandmother, Sharon Stevens of Columbus; maternal grandfather, Don (Jeanette) Keyser of Red Wing MN; maternal grandmother, Theresa Keyser of Fond du Lac and maternal grandparents, Mike and Gerry Voigt of Beaver Dam; aunts and uncles, cousins; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her two brothers Craig and Mark; paternal grandfather, Craig J. Stevens.

Allexis had a larger than life smile and lived life on her own terms with taking nothing for granted. When she smiled, you smiled. When she laughed, it was infectious and you laughed with her.

There will be no services.
